As an accomplished Fellow Arbitrator, Mediator, and Dispute Board Member, Dr. Victor has extensive experience managing high-stakes risks, conflicts, and litigations globally. His judicial leadership includes roles as a Sole, Panel, and Emergency Arbitrator across both national and international jurisdictions.
