
Ahmed Nasr, a distinguished counselor and entrepreneur, has built an impressive career over nearly two decades, melding expertise in law, telecommunications, and technology solutions. A proud graduate of Cairo University’s Faculty of Law, Nasr earned his degree in 2001 and quickly carved a niche for himself in the dynamic telecommunications industry.
Following his graduation, Ahmed embarked on his professional journey with Xceed Contact Centers, where he was a key member of the pre-launch team dedicated to managing the Telecom Egypt account. Under his stewardship, this project became significantly impactful, as Telecom Egypt is recognized as the largest telecommunications provider in not just Egypt, but across the Middle East and Africa.
His ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results earned him substantial recognition within the organization over the next seven years, a period characterized by rapid skill enhancement and professional growth. In 2008, Nasr joined the pre-launch team of Etisalat Misr, further consolidating his reputation in the telecommunications sector. Over the course of 14 years, he seamlessly progressed through various roles, specializing in high-value customer operations and trade line support. Notably, his tenure included pivotal responsibilities in vendor management and operations, where he managed services that catered to approximately 80% of Etisalat’s customer base in Egypt.
This experience deepened his understanding of customer service dynamics within a competitive environment, bolstering his strategic and operational insight. In a decisive move to embrace entrepreneurial endeavors, Ahmed Nasr founded El-Ema Technology Solutions (S.A.E). As Business Development Director, he successfully launched two innovative mobile applications: “Goby,” designed for carpooling, and “Beez,” a social media platform. Through these ventures, Nasr has demonstrated an astute understanding of market demands and the ability to leverage technology to address contemporary societal needs. Ahmed Nasr is a certified international arbitration counselor from the Arab Organization for International Arbitration and Conflict Resolution. This credential underscores his commitment to legal excellence and his role as a corporate legal advisor, specializing in high-value contract formation and assessment. His broad legal acumen enhances his capability to guide organizations through complex contractual negotiations and dispute resolutions. Nasr’s pursuit of continuous learning is evident through his extensive training and certifications.
He has completed a Business Management Certification at the American University in Cairo (AUC) and has undergone various courses in coding, motivation, professional management, and corporate financial essentials. Currently, Ahmed is spearheading the Digital ID Project, which aims to provide unique digital identities for counselors, international arbitrators, Rotarians, and doctors worldwide.
